We had a Ravelli pellet stove put in last summer and had a glitch but they fixed it right away. It heated our log cabin all winter. Called for yearly service and I HIGHLY recommend if you have a fireplace or pellet stove to do yearly maintenance! We did daily maintenance but there are little crevices where stuff builds up that unless you are knowledgeable you can’t get to them,,, Thank you Jacob! There was some nasty build up ! And yes,,, the Ravelli stove heated our 2100 sq feet cabin all winter!! At a third of the cost of electric!
